Meet Dr. Haack
Dr. Jim Haack was born in Wisconsin but grew up in Kansas (kindergarten through college). His educational and career adventures have allowed him to live and work in Alaska, Texas, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Alaska (again!) before returning to Wisconsin to practice orthodontics.
Dr. Haack is dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest treatment techniques by attending continuing education courses through the University of Minnesota, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Midwestern Society of orthodontics, Wisconsin Society of Orthodontics, and the Minnesota Association of Orthodontists (MAO). Dr. Haack was president of the MAO in 2019 even though he lives and practices in Wisconsin! In addition to sponsoring several local organizations, Dr. Haack donates his time and expertise to the Smiles Change Lives organization, a national nonprofit organization that delivers life-changing orthodontic treatment to children from low-income families.
Outside of the practice Dr. Haack enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He plays the trombone (sometimes baritone and tuba) and bass guitar with local bands and church groups.
